{"id":177,"date":"2010-09-04T18:50:01","date_gmt":"2010-09-04T16:50:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=177"},"modified":"2019-10-19T16:57:20","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T14:57:20","slug":"tripes-a-ma-facon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/tripes-a-ma-facon\/","title":{"rendered":"Tripes \u00e0 ma fa\u00e7on"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"id1\" class=\"style_SkipStroke shape-with-text\">\n<div class=\"text-content Normal_External_655_37\">\n<div class=\"Normal\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Pour 4 personnes<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"style_SkipStroke_1 shape-with-text flowDefining\">\n<div class=\"text-content style_External_899_700\">\n<div class=\"style\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1kg de tripes (gras double)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">200g de lardons fum\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">400g de coulis de tomates<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 oignon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 gousses d\u2019ail<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50cl de vin blanc<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50cl de bouillon de poule (50cl d\u2019eau + 1 bouillon cube)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 feuilles de laurier<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 bo\u00eete de coulis de tomates<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel, poivre, 1 pointe de piment de Cayenne<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans une cocotte, faire revenir les lardons lorsqu\u2019ils sont bien dor\u00e9s, fariner avec les 3 cuill\u00e8res de farine, bien m\u00e9langer en remuant avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois, mouiller avec le vin + le bouillon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Ajouter l\u2019oignon coup\u00e9 en deux, l\u2019ail hach\u00e9, le laurier, le sel, le poivre, le coulis de tomate, le piment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Couper le gras double en petits morceaux (2cm3), l\u2019ajouter dans la cocotte et laisser mijoter pendant 2 heures en remuant souvent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Vous pouvez aussi mettre la cocotte dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 1\u20442 heure puis \u00e0 150\u00b0 pendant 1 heure 1\u20442.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Se cong\u00e8le tr\u00e8s bien.
