{"id":168,"date":"2013-03-14T18:14:31","date_gmt":"2013-03-14T17:14:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=168"},"modified":"2019-10-19T16:11:32","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T14:11:32","slug":"jambalaya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/jambalaya\/","title":{"rendered":"Jambalaya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">350g de riz incollable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 escalopes de poulet<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 poivron jaune ou rouge<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1poivron vert<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 tranche de jambon cuit<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">(assez \u00e9paisse pour pouvoir faire des petits cubes)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 tomates ou une barquette de tomates cerise<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 oignon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">500 g de grosses crevettes ou gambas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">huile-sel-poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cubes de bouillon de poule<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Couper les escalopes et les poivrons en lamelles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Couper le jambon en petits cubes. D\u00e9cortiquer<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">les gambas. Couper les tomates en morceaux,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">hacher l\u2019oignon. Faire un bouillon avec 2 cubes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">de bouillon de poule + 1 litre d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans une sauteuse, faire bien revenir le poulet<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">dans de l\u2019huile, saler, poivrer. Retirer de la sauteuse<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">avec une \u00e9cumoire et r\u00e9server .<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">A la place, mettre les lamelles de poivron,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">les faire revenir pendant 5mn sans cesser de remuer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Saler, les retirer de la sauteuse et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">A la place, faire revenir l\u2019oignon hach\u00e9. D\u00e8s qu\u2019il prend de la couleur,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">ajouter le riz et remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit transparent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Mouiller avec le bouillon.
