{"id":165,"date":"2016-11-02T18:13:30","date_gmt":"2016-11-02T17:13:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=165"},"modified":"2019-10-19T16:55:51","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T14:55:51","slug":"brochettes-de-filet-de-canard-a-lorientale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/brochettes-de-filet-de-canard-a-lorientale\/","title":{"rendered":"Brochettes de filet de canard \u00e0 l\u2019orientale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 filets de canard<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100 g de graines de s\u00e9same<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 oranges<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">500g de semoule fine \u00e0 couscous<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage de miel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage de sauce soja<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">cannelle, sel, poivre, cumin en poudre,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">coriandre fraiche ou surgel\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Huile de tournesol ou arachide<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100 g de raisins secs blonds<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">16 brochettes en bois<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">La veille, faire mariner les filets de canard coup\u00e9s en cubes (3 cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">dans 3 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019huile + poivre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Le jour du repas, faire tremper les brochettes dans de l\u2019eau pour leur \u00e9viter<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">de br\u00fbler \u00e0 la cuisson (30 mn). Enfiler les cubes de canard sur les brochettes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">(4 morceaux par brochette) puis les rouler dans les graines de s\u00e9same.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Dans un saladier (allant au micro-onde), m\u00e9langer la semoule + le sel<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">+ les raisins + le poivre + 4 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019huile + de l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de \u00e0 la hauteur de la semoule.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Laisser gonfler pendant 20 mn puis \u00e9grainer avec une fourchette.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Ajouter le jus des 2 oranges + 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin en poudre + 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle.<br \/>\nR\u00e9server et passer au micro-onde juste avant de servir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Dans une casserole, faire fondre le miel. Y ajouter la sauce soja.
