{"id":150,"date":"2017-08-18T18:02:58","date_gmt":"2017-08-18T16:02:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=150"},"modified":"2019-10-19T15:28:20","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T13:28:20","slug":"filet-despadon-sur-risotto-facon-paella","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/filet-despadon-sur-risotto-facon-paella\/","title":{"rendered":"Filet d\u2019espadon sur risotto fa\u00e7on paella"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"id1\" class=\"style_SkipStroke shape-with-text\">\n<div class=\"text-content Normal_External_695_37\">\n<div class=\"Normal\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Pour 8 personnes<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"style_SkipStroke_1 shape-with-text flowDefining\">\n<div class=\"text-content style_External_900_990\">\n<div class=\"style\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">300 g de riz rond pour dessert (les grains de riz sp\u00e9cial<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 risotto sont trop gros pour un accompagnement)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">1 petit oignon (70g)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">10 cl de vin blanc sec<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">1 l de bouillon de volaille (3 cubes + 1 l d\u2019eau)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">1\/2 chorizo doux<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">1 mini boite de petit pois (140g)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">\u00a0200g de moules cuites, d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es, fraiches ou en bocal<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">huile-poivre (pas de sel)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">30g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">1 kg de filet d\u2019espadon ou dos de cabillaud<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Pr\u00e9parer le risotto :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">faire fondre l\u2019oignon hach\u00e9 dans 2 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019huile ou dans du beurre, puis ajouter le riz.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Remuer avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le riz devienne translucide,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">ajouter le vin blanc puis le bouillon de volaille chaud, demi louche par demi louche<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le riz soit cuit (environ 30 mn).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">R\u00e9server une louche de bouillon en cas de besoin au moment de servir.<br \/>\nCouper le chorizo en tr\u00e8s petits morceaux (une rondelle en 6 ou 8 morceaux).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Porter sur le feu\u00a0 avec 1 cuill\u00e8re d\u2019huile, 2 mn juste pour le saisir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Pr\u00e9parer les filets de poisson :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">saler, poivrer.
