{"id":148,"date":"2012-03-25T18:01:23","date_gmt":"2012-03-25T16:01:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=148"},"modified":"2019-10-19T16:06:35","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T14:06:35","slug":"gratin-de-poireaux-pommes-de-terre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/gratin-de-poireaux-pommes-de-terre\/","title":{"rendered":"Gratin de poireaux, pommes de terre"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"id1\" class=\"style_SkipStroke shape-with-text\">\n<div class=\"text-content Normal_External_705_46\">\n<div class=\"Normal\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Pour 4 personnes<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"style_SkipStroke_1 shape-with-text flowDefining\">\n<div class=\"text-content style_External_899_826\">\n<div class=\"style\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 kg de pomme de terre \u00e0 chair ferme<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">500g de blancs de poireaux<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100g de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">200g de lardons fum\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 bouillon de poule + 40cl d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">beurre-huile<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire cuire les pommes de terre \u00e0 l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e pendant 20mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Les \u00e9plucher, les couper en rondelles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Couper les blancs de poireaux en rondelles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire fondre 30g de beurre dans une sauteuse,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">y faire braiser les poireaux sur feu doux, ajouter 10cl d\u2019eau + sel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire cuire pendant 20mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire revenir les lardons \u00e0 sec dans une po\u00eale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Les r\u00e9server sur du papier absorbant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire chauffer 3 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">y faire revenir les pommes de terre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire un bouillon en portant \u00e0 \u00e9bullition l\u2019eau + un bouillon de poule.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans un plat allant au four, \u00e9taler par couche:<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">une couche de pomme de terre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">puis une couche de poireaux puis les lardons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Terminer par une couche de pomme de terre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Recouvrir avec le gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9, puis verser dans le plat le bouillon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0, laisser cuire pendant 30mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Le dessus doit \u00eatre bien gratin\u00e9 et il ne doit plus rester de bouillon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 4 personnes Ingr\u00e9dients : 1 kg de pomme de terre \u00e0 chair ferme 500g de blancs de poireaux 100g de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 200g de lardons fum\u00e9s 1 bouillon de&#8230;
