{"id":1324,"date":"2019-10-01T15:07:19","date_gmt":"2019-10-01T13:07:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=1324"},"modified":"2019-10-23T17:28:47","modified_gmt":"2019-10-23T15:28:47","slug":"tarte-aux-poireaux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/tarte-aux-poireaux\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte aux poireaux"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><strong>Tarte aux poireaux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><b>(<\/b>pour une tarte de 28-30 cm)<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1 rouleau de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e (Herta)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>500g de blancs de poireaux<\/li>\n<li>100g de lardons ou allumettes fum\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>20g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage d&rsquo;huile<\/li>\n<li>3 oeufs entiers<\/li>\n<li>3 jaunes d&rsquo;oeuf<\/li>\n<li>30 cl de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n<li>100g de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>sel-poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans un m\u00e9lange beurre-huile, faire revenir les lardons dans une sauteuse, puis ajouter les poireaux coup\u00e9s en rondelles assez fines (1\/2 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur). Laisser fondre en remuant souvent et ajouter 10 cl d&rsquo;eau, sel + poivre. retirer du feu apr\u00e8s 30 mn, il ne doit plus rester de liquide.<\/p>\n<p>Battre ensemble les oeufs + les jaunes + la cr\u00e8me + sel + poivre. Ajouter les poireaux.<\/p>\n<p>Foncer le moule \u00e0 tarte avec la p\u00e2te en laissant le papier cuisson. Garnir avec la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente puis parsemer le gruy\u00e8re sur le dessus.
