{"id":1321,"date":"2019-10-01T14:57:56","date_gmt":"2019-10-01T12:57:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=1321"},"modified":"2019-10-09T17:12:00","modified_gmt":"2019-10-09T15:12:00","slug":"tarte-aux-quetsches","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/tarte-aux-quetsches\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte aux quetsches"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><strong>Tarte aux quetsches<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><b>(<\/b>pour une tarte de 28-30 cm)<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>Pour la p\u00e2te<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">175g de farine<\/span><\/li>\n<li>50g de ma\u00efzena + 10g<\/li>\n<li>40g de sucre glace<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>125g de beurre (froid)<\/li>\n<li>1 oeuf<\/li>\n<li>3-4 cl d&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>Pour la garniture<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>700-800g de quetsches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>de la p\u00e2te :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans le bol du mixer, m\u00e9langer la farine + la ma\u00efzena + 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel + le sucre + le sucre vanill\u00e9 + le beurre coup\u00e9 en en petites lamelle. Battre avec les fouets \u00e0 p\u00e2te jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange sableux comme pour un crumble.<\/p>\n<p>Sans arr\u00eater le mixer, ajouter l&rsquo;oeuf et l&rsquo;eau, puis stopper tout. Plus la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e est travaill\u00e9e, plus elle devient dure \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>de la tarte :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9noyauter les quetsches et les couper en deux.<\/p>\n<p>Foncer un moule \u00e0 tarte beurr\u00e9 avec la p\u00e2te puis \u00e9taler sur le dessus une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de ma\u00efzena (10 g). Disposer les 1\/2 quetsches, en les chevauchant sur tout le dessus de la tarte.
