{"id":1317,"date":"2019-10-01T19:23:44","date_gmt":"2019-10-01T17:23:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=1317"},"modified":"2019-11-04T18:35:45","modified_gmt":"2019-11-04T17:35:45","slug":"tarte-aux-mirabelles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/tarte-aux-mirabelles\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte aux mirabelles"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><strong>Tarte aux mirabelles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><b>(<\/b>pour une tarte de 28-30 cm)<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">175g de farine<\/span><\/li>\n<li>50g de ma\u00efzena + 10 g<\/li>\n<li>40g de sucre glace<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>125g de beurre (froid)<\/li>\n<li>1 oeuf<\/li>\n<li>3-4 cl d&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>sel<\/li>\n<li>700-800g de mirabelles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Recette de p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e (voir ci-dessous)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Foncer un moule \u00e0 tarte beurr\u00e9 avec la p\u00e2te puis \u00e9taler sur le dessus une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de ma\u00efzena (10 g). Disposer les 1\/2 mirabelles, en les chevauchant sur tout le dessus de la tarte. Saupoudrer de sucre puis enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 (th 6) pour une dur\u00e9e de 45 mn ou plus (\u00e0 surveiller)<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">P\u00e2te bris\u00e9e (N\u00b02) plus croustillante<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour 2 tartes de 28-30 cm<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">350 g de farine<\/span><\/li>\n<li>100 g de ma\u00efzena<\/li>\n<li>80 g de sucre glace<\/li>\n<li>2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>250g de beurre (juste sorti du frigo)<\/li>\n<li>5 cl d&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1 oeuf<\/li>\n<li>sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans le bol du mixer, m\u00e9langer la farine + la ma\u00efzena + 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel + le sucre + le sucre vanill\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>+ le beurre coup\u00e9 en en petites lamelle.
