Le long du bord droit de p\u00e2te, disposer une rang\u00e9e de lamelle de pomme, moiti\u00e9 sur la p\u00e2te, moiti\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur comme une dentelle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Couper la p\u00e2te \u00e0 2cm en dessous des pommes pour former une bande puis enrouler la p\u00e2te en entra\u00eenant les lamelles de pomme (comme un escargot) pour former une rose.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">La disposer sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson (ou dans des moules \u00e0 muffin) et renouveler 5 \u00e0 6 fois l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration. Badigeonner les roses avec du beurre fondu. Les saupoudrer de sucre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 (th6) pendant 30 mn environ.
