{"id":1233,"date":"2019-08-07T15:23:08","date_gmt":"2019-08-07T13:23:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=1233"},"modified":"2019-10-19T12:36:46","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T10:36:46","slug":"tartes-fines-aux-tomates-cerises-pour-2-tartes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/tartes-fines-aux-tomates-cerises-pour-2-tartes\/","title":{"rendered":"Tartes fines aux tomates cerises (pour 2 tartes)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><strong>Tartes fines aux tomates cerises<\/strong> <span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>(pour 2 tartes)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e2te<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"paragraph_style_3\">250g de farine<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph_style_3\">\u00a050g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph_style_3\"><span class=\"Puce\">125g de beurre<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph_style_3\"><span class=\"Puce\">1 oeuf<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph_style_3\"><span class=\"Puce\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Garniture<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"Puce\">1 kg de tomates cerises<\/span><\/li>\n<li>4 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"Puce\">thym ou h<\/span><span class=\"Puce\">erbes de Provence<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"Puce\">4 cuill\u00e8res d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"Puce\">sel-poivre<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><strong><span class=\"style_1\">Tapenade :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"Puce\">1 boite d&rsquo;olives noires d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es dans la saumure (Tramier), pas d&rsquo;olives \u00e0 la grecque.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"Puce\">1 boite d&rsquo;anchois \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"Puce\">1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"Puce\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de c\u00e2pres<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"Puce\">2 cuill\u00e8res d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olives<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Mixer le tout (ou prendre de la tapenade du commerce)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><strong><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e2te : m\u00e9langer la farine+ le parmesan + le beurre en morceaux + sel (au mixer ou \u00e0 la main pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange sableux).<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la cr\u00e8me et l&rsquo;oeuf, sans trop travailler (plus on travaille une p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e, plus elle durcit \u00e0 la cuisson). R\u00e9server 1h au frigo.<\/p>\n<p>Sur une plaque, disposer les tomates en une seule couche. Arroser d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive + sel +poivre +thym+ ail en lamelles,<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 (\u00e0 120\u00b0 th4) pendant 20 mn.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser refroidir.
