Avec un couteau racler l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et ajouter les graines dans le lait + la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre la casserole sur le feu et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<p>Fouetter le sucre + les oeufs puis ajouter le lait, doucement pour \u00e9viter que les jaunes d&rsquo;oeuf ne coagulent.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser refroidir pendant une heure puis remplir les moules en passant la pr\u00e9paration au travers d&rsquo;une passoire.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 90-100\u00b0pendant 40 \u00e0 60 mn.<\/p>\n<p>A surveiller, la cuisson d\u00e9pend de la hauteur des ramequins.<\/p>\n<p>La cr\u00e8me doit \u00eatre tremblotante mais ne doit\u00a0 plus \u00eatre liquide.
