Battre les jaunes d&rsquo;oeuf + sel + poivre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ajouter le m\u00e9lange lait-cr\u00e8me chaud puis verser dans des cuill\u00e8res ou autres r\u00e9cipients. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Poser sur une plaque. Glisser dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 110\u00b0 pendant 12 \u00e0 14 mn. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">V\u00e9rifier la cuisson. Sortir du four. R\u00e9server au frais. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Au moment de servir, poser sur le dessus un morceau de saumon + une petite touche de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse<\/span><\/p>\n<p>ou de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> \u00e0 laquelle on aura ajout\u00e9 de l&rsquo;aneth + du sel+ du poivre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> D\u00e9corer avec une pointe d&rsquo;oeufs de lump.
