Ajouter avec parcimonie un peu d\u2019eau tr\u00e8s froide pour obtenir une p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans une sauteuse, faire fondre les \u00e9pinards dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, ajouter l\u2019ail hach\u00e9 + le sel, laisser cuire en remuant pendant 5mn et ajouter hors du feu la moiti\u00e9 des amandes + les raisins. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Foncer des moules \u00e0 tartelettes beurr\u00e9s avec la p\u00e2te.
