{"id":1100,"date":"2018-12-14T16:18:49","date_gmt":"2018-12-14T15:18:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=1100"},"modified":"2020-02-01T17:54:35","modified_gmt":"2020-02-01T16:54:35","slug":"oeuf-cocotte-aux-cepes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/oeuf-cocotte-aux-cepes\/","title":{"rendered":"Oeuf cocotte aux c\u00e8pes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Oeuf cocotte aux c\u00e8pes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour 4 personnes (2 par personne)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">20 g de c\u00e8pes s\u00e9ch\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de fond de volaille d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/li>\n<li>8 oeufs de caille<\/li>\n<li>20 g de beurre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">R\u00e9hydrater les c\u00e8pes en les trempant dans de l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de pendant 15 mn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer le beurre.<\/p>\n<p>Y faire revenir les c\u00e8pes coup\u00e9s en petits morceaux, ajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau (5 cl) et laisser cuire pendant 10 mn en surveillant.<\/p>\n<p>Y ajouter la cr\u00e8me + le fond de volaille. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition sans cesser de remuer.
