R\u00e9server dans une boite herm\u00e9tique au frigo et le retourner au moins 2 fois.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le jour J, laver la pomme et la d\u00e9tailler en petits b\u00e2tonnets ou lamelles, sans l&rsquo;\u00e9plucher. Arroser de jus de citron.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Sortir le saumon, le rincer et l&rsquo;\u00e9ponger. Le mettre 2 h au cong\u00e9lateur pour faciliter la d\u00e9coupe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pass\u00e9 ce temps, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau, couper de fines tranches dans le pav\u00e9 de saumon,<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">les disposer en corolles sur de petites assiettes, comme des fleurs et d\u00e9poser au centre quelques b\u00e2tonnets de pomme.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Avec un pinceau, badigeonner le dessus du saumon avec le jus de citron. Saler, poivrer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Servir avec la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e \u00e0 laquelle on ajoute du raifort ou de l&rsquo;aneth.
