{"id":1058,"date":"2018-10-02T18:11:54","date_gmt":"2018-10-02T16:11:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=1058"},"modified":"2018-10-02T18:11:54","modified_gmt":"2018-10-02T16:11:54","slug":"financiers-au-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/financiers-au-chocolat\/","title":{"rendered":"Financiers au chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour environ 20 mini-gateaux<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ingr\u00e9dients <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">125g de beurre<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">150g de sucre glace<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">50g de farine<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">50g de poudre d\u2019amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">4 blancs d\u2019oeuf (120g)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">100g de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">100g de chocolat noir<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"s1\"><b> Pr\u00e9paration :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dans une casserole, faire fondre le beurre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une belle couleur noisette. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le verser dans un bol et r\u00e9server.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">D\u2019autre part, m\u00e9langer le sucre + la farine + la poudre d\u2019amande <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">puis ajouter les blancs d\u2019oeuf + le beurre refroidi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Graisser les parois de petits moules \u00e0 savarin ou Kouglof et les remplir de p\u00e2te.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 pour 15 mn (les gateaux doivent \u00eatre dor\u00e9s). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">D\u00e9mouler et laisser refroidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> <b>Pr\u00e9paration de la ganache<\/b> : <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Casser le chocolat en petits morceaux. Faire chauffer la cr\u00e8me jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9bullition <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">et la verser sur le chocolat.
