Couper-les en rondelles. Faire bouillir 1\u20442 d\u2019eau + 200g de sucre, poser les rondelles d\u2019oranges dans ce sirop et laisser cuire doucement 1 heure et demi. R\u00e9server au frais jusqu\u2019au lendemain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Foncer un moule \u00e0 tarte avec la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e. R\u00e9server au frigo jusqu\u2019au lendemain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Le jour m\u00eame recouvrir la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte avec de l\u2019alu puis des noyaux ou haricots secs. Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 210\u00b0 (th 7) pendant 20 mn, retirer l\u2019alu, badigeonner la tarte avec le blanc d\u2019\u0153uf battu, enfourner jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la tarte soit dor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Faire la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le lait + la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Battre les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs + les sucres + la ma\u00efzena.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Verser le m\u00e9lange lait sur cette pr\u00e9paration et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition sans cesser de remuer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">N\u2019ajouter le Grand Marnier ou le Cointreau que lorsque la cr\u00e8me est retir\u00e9e du feu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Egoutter les oranges au-dessus d\u2019une casserole pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus. Ajouter au jus le nappage d\u00e9lay\u00e9 dans un peu d\u2019eau et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Pr\u00e9sentation :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Verser la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re sur le fond de tarte. Disposer les oranges en rosace et napper avec le nappage \u00e0 l\u2019orange.
