Laisser reposer 1 heure minimum.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">PREPARER LES FRUITS<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Placer s\u00e9par\u00e9ment des figues, des pruneaux, des abricots secs dans des petites terrines, les recouvrir de jus (de pamplemousses, d&rsquo;oranges et du 1\u20442 citron).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Laisser mariner pendant une nuit au frais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">D\u00e9couper dans la p\u00e2te un cercle, le poser sur une plaque beurr\u00e9e puis pr\u00e9d\u00e9couper des parts (8)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">LE JOUR MEME<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Faire une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re : m\u00e9langer 3 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs + 65g de sucre. Faire blanchir en fouettant au fouet, ajouter 20g de ma\u00efzena. Verser sur cette pr\u00e9paration le m\u00e9lange lait (25cl) + vanille + beurre (20g) bouillant. Remettre sur le feu et faire cuire jusqu\u2019au premier bouillon sans cesser de fouetter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Egoutter les fruits. Faire cuire les parts de tartes dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 210\u00b0 (environ 20mn). Garnir les parts de tarte de cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re, puis de fruits.
