Ajouter 50g de poudre d\u2019amandes + 1 \u0153uf + 1 sucre vanill\u00e9 + 250g de farine + 2 cuil. \u00e0 potage d\u2019eau fra\u00eeche. Foncer un moule \u00e0 tarte avec cette p\u00e2te ou de la p\u00e2te bris2e sucr\u00e9e .Recouvrir d\u2019alu + de haricots secs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Cuire cette tarte \u00e0 blanc pendant 20 min \u00e0 180-200\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re : faire bouillir 25cl de lait + 25cl de cr\u00e8me liquide. Battre ensemble 80g de sucre + 4 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs. Ajouter 30g de ma\u00efzena (3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage rases). Verser sur le m\u00e9lange le lait bouillant enfouettant sans arr\u00eat. Remettre sur le feu jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement. Ajouter le zeste r\u00e2p\u00e9 d\u2019un gros citron . Verser sur le fond de tarte cuit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Meringue : Dans une casserole, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 200g de sucre + 8 cl d\u2019eau. Laisser bouillir 2 min. Battre les 4 blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs en neige lorsqu\u2019ils sont mont\u00e9s, verser dessus le sucre cuit, sans cesser de battre. Recouvrir la tarte au citron avec les blancs. Remettre la tarte dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 120\u00b0 pendant 1\u20444 d\u2019heure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">OU battre les 4 blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs, quand ils commencent \u00e0 monter, ajouter1 c. \u00e0 soupe de sucre semoule. Continuer \u00e0 battre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tr\u00e8s fermes.
