{"id":1015,"date":"2010-08-06T17:35:09","date_gmt":"2010-08-06T15:35:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=1015"},"modified":"2019-10-19T18:04:48","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T16:04:48","slug":"tarte-au-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/tarte-au-chocolat\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte au chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour la p\u00e2te<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">250g de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50g de sucre glace<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100g de noisettes grill\u00e9es hach\u00e9es<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">200g de beurre (un peu ramolli)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">5cl d\u2019eau glac\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Garniture<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">40cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide enti\u00e8re<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">250g de chocolat noir<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8res de cacao en poudre (Van houten)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50g de sucre glace<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">PATE A TARTE<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">La veille, m\u00e9langer la farine, le beurre, le sucre et les noisettes pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange granuleux. Ajouter l\u2019eau et laisser reposer au moins 1 heure avant de l\u2019\u00e9taler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Foncer, avec cette p\u00e2te, un moule \u00e0 tarte graiss\u00e9 et la r\u00e9server au frigo jusqu\u2019au lendemain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Le jour m\u00eame, recouvrir la p\u00e2te avec de l\u2019alu et des haricots secs et cuire \u00e0 blanc dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 210\u00b0 (th.7) pendant 20 mns. Retirer l\u2019alu puis remettre la tarte au four pour environ 1\u20444 d\u2019heure en surveillant (tous les fours ne chauffent pas de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on). D\u00e9mouler d\u00e9licatement (je vous conseille un plateau \u00e0 fond amovible pour les tartes cuites \u00e0 blanc).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">GARNITURE<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 15cl de cr\u00e8me. Arr\u00eater le feu et ajouter le chocolat en petits morceaux + le sucre + le cacao Remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le chocolat soit compl\u00e8tement fondu. Laisser refroidir. Battre 25 cl de cr\u00e8me pour obtenir une cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e tr\u00e8s ferme et l\u2019ajouter au m\u00e9lange refroidi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Verser sur la tarte refroidie, avec une spatule ou une cuill\u00e8re, tapoter la cr\u00e8me pour former des \u00ab pics \u00bb. R\u00e9server au frigo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Au moment de servir, saupoudrer avec du cacao pur (Van Houten).
