{"id":1013,"date":"2010-08-13T17:34:26","date_gmt":"2010-08-13T15:34:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=1013"},"modified":"2025-09-03T14:37:33","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T12:37:33","slug":"tarte-aux-amandes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/tarte-aux-amandes\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte aux amandes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 2 tartes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">600g de p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e sucr\u00e9e ou sabl\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">250g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">250g de poudre d\u2019amandes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">250g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">quelques gouttes d\u2019extrait d\u2019amandes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1\/2 litre de cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re ou un pudding \u00e0 la vanille (Alsa)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">300g d\u2019amandes effil\u00e9es<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 cuill\u00e8res de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 pot de gel\u00e9e de framboise<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">groseilles, framboises ou fraises fra\u00eeches ou surgel\u00e9es<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Foncer des moules avec de la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e sucr\u00e9e ou de la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e. Pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me d\u2019amandes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Battre les \u0153ufs, le sucre, ajouter le beurre fondu, la poudre d\u2019amandes et les quelques gouttes d\u2019extrait d\u2019amandes Faire 1\u20442 litre de cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re ou un pudding \u00e0 la vanille.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Ajouter cette cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me d\u2019amandes. Verser dans les moules \u00e0 tarte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Cuire comme une tarte thermostat 7-8. Quand la tarte est cuite, garnir le dessus avec la pr\u00e9paration suivante :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Faire fondre dans une po\u00eale, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre, ajouter 300 gr d\u2019amandes effil\u00e9es + le sucre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Remuer sans arr\u00eat jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les amandes dorent et s\u2019enrobent de sucre. Verser sur le dessus de la tarte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Servir avec des fruits rouges :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition quelques minutes un pot de gel\u00e9e de framboise.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Retirer du feu, ajouter des groseilles + framboises fra\u00eeches ou des fraises, remuer une minute, puis verser dans un compotier et servir frais.
